Here at Bergey’s Electric, we are very excited about our 75th year birthday celebration in 2012! We are continuing to ask ourselves:
What does it take for a company to stay viable for 3 generations?
Are we offering what the market place needs and wants in our field? Are we listening to our customers? Can we deliver a good product and service at a competitive price? And can we embrace change and reinvent ourselves? Those are our goals!
Recent changes in technology are again changing our world. We’re all affected by energy that has become more expensive. Back when energy was cheap, we had very little reason to adjust our lifestyles to save energy. But
now it’s worth upgrading to high-efficiency equipment and lighting products because of the acceptable payback periods. Yes, even in our Pennsylvania Dutch community, it does make sense to throw away something that is still working!
I have a message to share with our world: Reduce energy waste. Reduce energy costs. Produce cash by generating electricity.
